How it works

Book your locker in person at one of our many locations:

Find a locker near you.
Click on the Lockers Bay terminal screen and choose the time required (hourly or daily).
Pay using your credit card.
Set a 6-digit PIN and unique symbol (something easy to remember!).
Your locker will open.
Place your items in the open locker and note the locker number.
Make sure the locker is closed securely before you leave.
Go and do what you want to do! Beach, run, ride, etc.
When you return, enter your 6-digit PIN and unique symbol to open the locker.
Make sure to remove all of your items, then close the locker to end your booking.

If you choose to stay and continue your booking, close your locker and return later.

I am having trouble opening my locker

If you cannot access your locker our local technical team is able to help you over the phone on 0448 748 185.

Please include information so that we can identify you as the owner of the locker items i.e. arrival time, last 4 digits of your credit card, the number of your locker etc.

If personal items are jammed in our lockers a team member can be deployed to resolve. Please note in the event where possessions need to be retrieved outside of operational hours, call out fees will apply.
